This is Trev after he gave himself a little bath a couple of days ago.  Simmone had been watching him perform his ablutions and thought I might like to see him all spruced up.  Well this goes in my happy jar. What a little champ!

Line Up

This is the line up at a Centrelink Office in the Northern Territory. It was sent in an email to me.  I laughed out loud at this because territory people are very innovative and I loved the bear feet and the person who was too cold to take off the shoes and placed the water bottle on the floor instead.

Kite Festival

I just don't have time for study when its a rainy day and the lure of kiting takes over. Even know now how to make a kite so looks like that will be on the birthday lists.

Skype

Much excitement in the family when on Monday I had the first real conversation with a cousin in Eire that I have been looking for since 2004, via Skype. I was so excited I didn't get to sleep until 5am on Tuesday. Prone to over stimulation unfortunately. We were chatting away and a man walked in and I could only see his hand. She said that's my hubby. I asked whats hubby's name and she said Phillip. In the background I heard him say Prince.  Enjoying this family already.

She recounted how she found me. I posted a message on a mans You Tube Channel that was the same name and same town where my mob came from two years ago. Lynda when to that town a year ago and this man asked her were you from girl?  She told him the story of how our family got scatter and said shes trying to get in touch with everyone but is not having any luck.  He told her about my message on his You Tube site and sent her the link to access my email address and she contacted me from there.

During those two years there were really bad religious slurs directed to me from random people in Eire and to the site owners credit he just kept deleting them and leaving mine there.  I have recently written to thank him for being so kind and to tell him I know have contact with 1 person in the family.

This is way more than I would ever have expected to achieve and think myself blessed that everything lined up for me in my lifetime.
